Fit G/u/rl Advice?

| Any of you gurls got fitness or workout advice to transform into a cute tomboy?

*cough cough* sei asagiri best girl *cough cough*

| The obvious ones, set a routine and stick to it (honestly this is the hardest part) if you want to build strength lift heavy or endurance lift lighter but alot of reps

| Dont be too ambitous at first and just focus on staying consistent innyour workouts. When u are confident in workout consistency you can start increasing the intensity

| Keep in mind people crave tomboys and muscle girls are kinda rare

| Build muscles by princess carrying your girlfriend.

| Never ever ever compare yourself to the other people in the gym~!
Just getting up and getting out there and doing SOMETHING for like 10-20 minutes is better than just sitting around and wasting away!
Once I got into that mentality, I slowly enjoyed myself, and kinda fell into it.

But working out is only half of it, you have to eat right too. Don't live just on chips and soda and /burg/, that's no way to live.

| Me, personally, I enjoy cooking, but hate cleaning up afterwards. So, I usually have something like Freshly delivered to me. On days I want to cook, I'll make something. If I don't want to cook, I have something that isn't fast food.

Sure, you can eat fast food, but not often. Me personally, I only eat fast food on Sundays. I won't overindulge, but just get something.

| Heck, just cutting out all of the unhealthy foods and just doing like 30 minutes of cardio exercises for like 5 days a week will get you somewhere.

Getting in shape is mainly a mental battle of how badly you want to achieve your "ideal self", I suppose.

You'll say "I want it" but sometimes your brain will disagree. It's weird.

| TLDR:
-Just work out for like 10-20 min when you're starting, slowly add more time
-Eat right, eat smart
-Please don't compare yourself to other people, we all have our own pace~
-Have fun, and don't over-exert yourself~

| I think I went a little overboard, and oversimplified a lot of things, but those are the things that went through my head. Only because I'm actively trying to lose weight right now, and I've lost a good amount doing those tactics up there.
So just keep working on your goal~

| Cut out as much processed sugar as you can. This includes bread and pasta, along with most sauces... Try to avoid juice as well!
There will be withdrawal symptoms, as sugar is basically legal cocaine...
You will lose any excess volume as long as you pair this with doing a bit of exercise.
You might not lose weight, but you will definitely become more fit, as muscle weighs more than fat...
Moisturize regularly with firming lotion so you don't get skin bags!
You can do it!
