great work btw! might also additionaly help to educate yourself about yours or your loved one's reproductive healthcare but sometimes even doing the challenge itself may be benefitial in certain instances, like discovering that you have a porn addiction or some other problem that went unchecked for a hot minute

| is it weird that i kinda thought that NoNutNovember was the challenge dedicated to men's healthcare and not the shaving one? seemed logical and not like the joke it actually is
