Some asshole installed a rubber chicken in my drain waste vent

| I was out of town for a couple of days. Now every time I go take a dump or take a bath I have to endure rubber chicken noises.
It's just annoying enough for me to make this thread but not annoying enough for me to do anything about it.
Who would even do that?
