| You know what? I've been doing much better lately than I have for quite a while. So thanks for asking! Ever since covid hit I got stuck in a very dark frame of mind, and it was only recently that some healthy social contact with someone who *really* knows her stuff about the topics of happiness and socialisation led me to effectively drop a lot of baggage. We only spoke for a couple of hours, yet I learned much and am now able to adopt and hold a sincere positive mood again.

| Are you sure you're fine? Because people tend to go out of their way to check in on others when they themselves are in a bleak mood. I'm here to listen if you need to vent some of those concerns.
| I am also actually doing pretty well, my depression has been absent for almost a week. I am currently hoping that a particularly good spell does not mean it's about to come back for a particularly bad one.
