Irl danger, your opinion on it?
Danger forces us to confront who we really are. It challenges us and builds our character. It is the thing that prevents stagnation, the spice of life. Every game is more exciting with serious stakes.

Masturbating in public at night while recording it is what built me and challenged me into the person that I am today.

>>766336 I prefer being safe and comfy. Danger isn't comfy at all. Plus I think there's plenty of ways to confront who you really are, build character, and prevent stagnation, without danger. No judgment if that's how you live your life, but I'd rather just chill.

I am the OP. I have a vested interest because I believe in the normalcy of violence.

I think danger helps people do the things they're uncomfortable with so they can expand their comfort zone. But also, lots of people are pretty good at doing that without danger. And repetitive dangers or high stakes, like gambling, aren't really going to keep doing that after the first few goes. I think the challenge and benefit that comes with danger might not always be the danger itself, it's just danger motivates you to take challenges.

Only if it's voluntary, otherwise you're just getting ready for ptsd or turn into those weird fuckers that only feel right in bootcamp and can't function in most social situations.
