| Hotline caller was polite but stressed. Wanted a legal service we don't provide. Patiently explained that to him.
He blew up. Kept threatening suicide - "blow brains out". Called me all sorts of profanity. I gave him other legal numbers and referred to mental health line but he just kept swearing. Eventually hung up.
Of course, he calls & harasses receptionists today. Same threats, foul language. Picture of entitlement.
Poor & disabled customer can be Karen like anyone else.
