I just got myself a smoothie blender and am looking for recipes. Help a g/u/rl out.

| I like fresh stuff sugary stuff stuffy stuff. Just hit me with your favorites.

| Hmm, its been awhile since ive used mine to make a smoothie.

I've used it mostly for milkshakes in recent years. However! You want to make sure that the blades are rated for hard items/ice cubes beforehand.

A very basick milkshake is literally just ice cream (vanilla) and milk (preferably whole). The longer its blended, the thicker it will be. Add syrups for flavor and coloration.

| Some people add eggs to make it taste richer.

| Fresh sugary stuff? Would you like me to cum inside of your blender?

>Fresh and sugary
If that's true skip the blender and just pump it down my throat

But fr OP just get cinnamon, pear, milk & whipped cream, add apple bits at the end and a touch of liquor. You'll be grand.
Optional is vanilla ice, yum.

| Add a dollop of heavy cream to your milkshakes. Thank me later ;)

| You could try to recreate some of the recipies from VA11 Hall-A. The description and flavour tags should give you a good idea what ingrediens to throw in.

| >>759552 That sound interesting actually. I wanna try it however since I am kind of a noob you will have to give me some numbers. How much of what do I put in?

Time to mix flat coke and champagne in a blender!

| A banana, with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup pumpkin pie mix and top it off with about 1/2 cup ice. Its absolutely delicious and I have it for any meal. Especially good as its getting warmer round the northern hemisphere.

| It doesn't have to be milkshakes. It can easily be smoothies. I remember when my dad would just add bananas, strawberries, and ice and just blend it. Was tasty.

I'll add to the milkshake one a bit since I genuinely make milkshakes for a living.
The richer the milk, the better, obviously. If you want it to be even better then substitute the milk with soft serve or similar.
Roughly 140g of milk and 200g of ice cream is the perfect amount for making it quickly, having it be thick and flavourful and just enough to be a good cup. If you do too much milk then add extra ice cream equivalent to two times the excess milk.

Just improvise bro

Damn, thanks g/u/rl!

Of course!
A thing to keep in mind though is that this is for one cup worth of milkshake. It's not a small cup, but still just a cup.
So if you want to scale up and make more, then you should.
But, 280g milk and 400g ice cream isn't something I've done myself. I only sell one size and I have 8 flavours, so I have to clean the blender immediately after making one. No double portions.
But, I think 300g milk and 450g ice cream would be better measurements for double portions.

| It'll take longer though and you need a good blender for it, but 280g milk and 400g ice cream, well, those two cups probably wouldn't be the same quality as the normal 140g with 200g ones.
So,
1 serving: 140g milk & 200g ice cream
2 servings: 300g milk & 450g ice cream

I hope that helps!

| >>760706 OP here. I just tried your recipe and it made a big difference. My improvised milkshakes looked really bad after that lmao. Thanks for the tips g/u/rl

| Gurls, you're doing milkshakes wrong! Use cream! Don't use milk! Cream has less random water in it to freeze, so it's better for making shakes with. You can make warm milkshakes with it too by blending it for longer (whipping it)

Here's a reciepe:
1/4 frozen blueberries
A handful of chocolate chips
1/4 fresh strawberries
A big glop of peanut butter
Fill the rest with cream and season with a pinch of salt

Make shut when you close the blender that there's no air. Blend at max speed

Whaaat...
