I use cabbage leaves to make a burger instead of a bun. I heat the cabbage to be a little softer and hot and I just make the rest of the burger as normal. This gives you a nice crunch, raises the nutrition profile and prevents sogginess. I use cabbage for tacos and sandwiches, as well. I don't need to buy any form of bread or tortillas, I just put everything in cabbage.
You should try it.

Aside from the tacos proposal it sounds like a good time, perhaps I may try it sometime, thanks for the tip g/u/rl

I use iceberg lettuce instead of bread but cabbage sounds more nutritious.
