what's the most isekai technologist job/field of study ever?
| Medicine, obviously. Like that Jin manga from a couple of decades ago.
| If people are really listening to them for whatever reason and it's not a lone inventor kind of thing, maybe someone who teaches agricultural science? They'll know scientific principles and the topic well enough to put together a body to improve the food system (-> population size -> labor), plus just scientific thinking generally, and the ability to pass it on.
