I did the same thing, and that ended with me going down to an unhealthily low weight and it turned out I was developing an eating disorder. Haven't managed to get back to a healthy weight after that, even though I've been trying very hard.
So, OP, you should probably get it checked. If there's no issue there then there's no issue. But if there is an issue then catching it early can save you a lot of trouble.
