i find the best way is to just go to office max and chill in their demo chairs for a bit. "gaming" chairs tend to turn people's spines and elbows in to dust
I confirm. Gaming chairs will destroy your column.
Get a decent office chair with a lumbar rest, everything else up to taste. Mine is dead simple (strengthened cloth with a strong plastic rest on the back which can be adjusted up and down) and with a decent sitting position I can be there for hours, whereas my previous gaming chain was painful after half an hour.

gaming chairs are over expensive and arent really that comfortable, i go for a mesh back office chair and bro its basically a hammock that keeps your back cool. was like 90 bucks, when it comes to comfort you pay for looks or functionality
