Law firm needs to ask clients for aliases. In case we've "ever advised or against them before". Today's client reacted strong, said something like "it is part of a foreign war".
Many of our clients are mentally ill. Raw truth of poverty law. Client's mental illness was source of legal issue - eviction notice. Client screamed due to mental anguish and tenants complained.
I said calmly, "we're not part of the war. Have you used the name here". Client said no, interview continued.
