I recommend the pera pera pop up dictionary on for chrome extension, you can hover over chinese words on the internet and it will give you live translation, meaning, separate character meanings and vowel sounds.
It makes navigating the chinese web less frustrating and you can learn more.

| I just use Pleco and ChineseSkill (cute female voice) for apps. Definitely DON'T recommend douyin (chinese tiktok). Yizhibo was better practice for me till they banned foreigners. Started watching Taiwanese streamers on twitch too

I can suggest using these two apps: Line(free chinese dictionary) and du chinese(it's not free, but they have a two weeks free trial).
I had a big break from studying it because of low motivation, but i found a GREAT SOURCE of motivation.
I suggest everyone who learns chinese to download chinese tiktok.
You can find the apk in google.
It's stimulates you even if you understand only a tiny bit of what is going on 哈哈哈。
