Pizza
| Potatoes on pizza? Not even Sweden does that. Except for fries of course...
| Bruh, if you go to italy like one fourth of pizzas have some kind of potatoes on em. Also not fries, never fries. Only children put fries on their pizzas here
| It's cuz we have a specific way of oven baking potatoes that makes em fit well on pizza. Just littles cubes of oven baked potatoes with rosemary

| I do not put pineapple on my pizza. The pineapple puts itself there. No matter what I place upon the soft, unbaked dough, it emerges from the oven dotted with those little, sun colored cubes. I wish I could control this. I'd like to try other toppings.

| During hot weather eating fruits with food is great for your appetite, and we Swedes melt at 24C so of course pineapple pizza is common here. It's literally about survival(for pizza eaters).
That being said, I prefer Mexican style pizza over Italian style.

I'm not 100% sure myself tbh but our local Italian pizzerias say "we don't make Mexican style pizzas here, only Italian style" whenever I order any of my favorites.
Jalapeño pepper slices, bell peppers, minced beef, döner kebab, kebab sauce are some examples of toppings that constitutes Mexican style instead of Italian style(according to Italian-Scandinavians at least).
tl;dr Authentic Italian resturants won't serve me my favorite toppings.
| >>746440 while the kebab stuff is not a topping here, bell peppers are a pretty common topping in italy. Also maybe not Jalapeño peppers specifically, but hot peppers are a thing here. I usually just use Hot Pepper Olive Oil
