Probably this to be honest. Last time I started feeling weird shit when reading or hearing or seeing romantic things, it turned out it was because I was in love with someone. I just hadn't realised it.
I do sometimes have sharp pains in my chest for seemingly no reason, but that's probably because my body is pretty fucked.
