It's maybe stupid question, but imagine that you are sitting next to window, and to the window will hit lighting (really low chance but randomness is happens)... What would happen with eyes? If was person directly watching over window, or was watching monitor what is next to monitor? I have now here little scary thunderstorm "^^

The real answer is no, you won't get blind from looking at lightning.
There is however a possibility, albeit small, that the lightning can shatter the window which may turn you blind if it gets in your eyes.

It's a lot of UV radiation,I reckon, similiar to welding. Might cause an itching/burning sensation in your eye for a while hence.
