It feels no different from when you were 28. I think approaching 40 will be different because of the changes in your body and loss of fatique etc. But early 30s is pretty much the same as late 20s.
It's not like something arbitrary happens the second you reach 30 or anything like that.

Not anon, but it feels much like my twenties, except that i can't drink as much and I'm a bit more jaded.
Regular exercise and having something to do is holding back the existential dread, however.

Yeah I feel that. Most of my friends and classmates have gotten married or had kids and whatnot by now, but eh, it's not too different from being 18 and not knowing what you want to do for college/a career. If you don't think about it too much and focus on enjoying your life in the here and now, the future isn't that scary.
Always helps to have a goal in mind to work toward, though. I'm still exploring stuff.

Not yet. 17 is the phase where you dread the coming of age, mid 20s is when you're practically done as a person unless you're bougie enough to have a corporate ladder to climb. Wake up, work, weekends consist of one or two activities before tiring out, repeat and get more and more tired as the weeks go by. of course, I'm from the states so we don't have much to look forward to, not even a vacation

| I'm 24 too so same thing, but for me helping others has been the thing to find meaning in the present. Whether that's some kind of social/political, charity work, or just friends and family. Of course lately I've failed to do that after some disruptions but it still provides something to work towards for me
