| Yes, specially when I buy a lot of food, I end up asking myself if I really needed to buy that much, and the answer is usually a no.

| Rarely, if I spend on something cheap it would be something disposable or stuff that I have low expectation towards. If it is stuff that cost me a limb (for example my PC), I'd do a lot of research and thinking before buying.
