On tulpas
| If you have a mental disorder you can create a tulpa. Basically you need to be sick in the head.
| Tulpas can be a serious thing but 90% of the time they are recommended as a shitpost. Also, the community is full of people who larp badly and actual DID people so it can be hard to discuss it in any capacity with anyone.
| Careful around tulpa groups. Some out there are a cult, I swear. They've got the indoctrination and the propaganda and everything. Others are good, but there's a few really culty feeling groups. On tulpas themselves, a human mind can do amazing things - even trick itself. There are limits, however. The idea of humans being able to truly create another conscious being is silly.
| Do not break your mind trying to create psychosis.
All these modern tulpa people are forgetting the tulpa's origins; severing a part of your soul to have it murder someone else and then you.

Hope you all had a great weekend. A while back I had read something about tulpas in a thread. Regarding these tulpas, are they really a serious thing or do people throw it around as a joke for describing lonely people?
