Everyday I keep sleeping at 2 or 3am. I tried sleeping early today but woke up around 11 and now I can't go back to sleep.

Same problem, different path. I lay down around midnight but my tech-addiction makes me keep watching stuff on the internet and every time I stop around 2 or 3 am AT LEAST. I am rarely able to fight it.

You may want to get checked-up by a doctor. Difficulty in initiating and maintaining sleep warrants this.

Are you eating right? Getting enough exercise? Are you not eating at least 30mins before bed, not using screens at least 30 mins before bed? Have you tried valerian root, chamomile flower and magnolia bark?

Same. Now that I'm home all day due to Corona it's more around 4am or later. Should probably get my shit together.

>>636473 You would be able to do cryo sleep multiple times if we actually had the proper technology for it.
