| Any tips for getting a rid of this, feel so unproductive

| Well generally getting rid of the things that distract you or making them harder to get to helps. By making it harder it is mostly just to stop you from accessing whatever is distracting you just out of pure habit. So u bookmarking YouTube,Facebook,or whatever the hell you use is very helpful.


| Though it also must be known to the original g/u/rl that procrastination can manifest from an emotional standpoint as you want to avoid the task because it brings you some emotional uncomfort or stress. So avoiding a paper by doing the dishes. Just means that you feel uncomfortable doing the paper more than the dishes even if the dishes suck in your mind the paper is more stressful. I suggest maybe just doing whatever it is that you need to do then relax with a game or something.
