| I recommend trying to do some stuff to get used to it first. It will take some time, but you will have to try to figure when it gets hard and when it doesn't. Try to remember what is happening around you, what you are looking at, what you are thinking about and what you are feeling when it gets hard. Touching it can be comfortable and help you figure these things out faster.
