As someone who lives in Europe and has to listen to our shit a lot more often than I'd like, I know how much of it is just really bad pop that is obviously American inspired and hip-hop where they don't understand what the fuck the genre is supposed to be, they just take an American sounding beat and repeat the same five words over and over.
I'm not saying all European music is a copy of American shit, just a depressingly big amount of it.

Bro, chill. Of course I haven't dug any deeper when even the slightly good stuff I hear on radio and shit is cancer. I know there is good European music. I mean, I fuck with metal, which is European. There are good artist. But when I live in a country where all our "mainstream" music except for maybe 3-4 groups/artist is shit and wannabe American, I can't help but talk shit and be mad about it.
