| It's really hard to hold a dairy, been trying meself for some time but it's hard. So keep at it!
Also if you're looking for something to do, if you have a computer and internet, try learn to code a language (I recommend Java, Python or C#). It does really feel amazing just writing a little Hello World programs, even if it sounds stupid
