Jog in the morning/go to the gym. NEET alternatives: Run around your house, pushup/situp/squat/jump rope, play just dance or play DDR using the dance pad.
Do it for 20 mins and gradualy increase it when you feel that you get use to the routine. You'll get fit while also having easier time to sleep.

Also exercising before bed seems like a bad idea.
