Double check before making emotional decisions, always ask yourself "am I blinded by my feelings?" before making something you may regret.
Most Japanese restaurants have a way to help you use chopsticks(usually rubber bands), don't be afraid to ask, these things actually help learning to use them.

Don't really get my life together yet but: Think before you start talking. Talk really fast does not make you look smart. Be nice and polite. Try get a job you like, don't force yourself to take a job position you don't like. Try to learn something new everyday, even it's not that useful for your current job. Society doesn't really allow you to express too much of yourself, especially in work environments. Bring a pack of tissue paper with you everyday. Drink water.

>>587400 you could be content, maybe. but why not be happy beyond this mortal life ? if there is nothing after life, what is the meaning of it. Why are you stil living by just this earthly life.

Spend more time disconnected from the wired. And if you want to do something (jump with a chute/get a motorcycle license/open a snail farm etc.), do it now. Time flies by stupidly fast.

Make sure to stay in touch with good friends. Nothing feels worse than having nobody to talk to. Even intense introverts suffer in the long run.
Get rid of procrastination as much as possible. Do things now so you don't have to rush them later.
And, of course, be efficient at everything you do. Always try to get better

Hey, i also need advice I can't stop thinking that I'm pathetic and useless How to stop this and begin to like myself?
I know what im good at but this seems pointless Being smart doesn't make me happy, it doesn't help me keep conversation, it doesn't help me to get interesting job I have nice face, but none interested in me neither like sexual or relationship partner I have hobbies, i like them, my friends share them but i fell like stagnating
How to like myself?

>>587514 I bet you like people that are even more worthless than yourself, but they're better at pretending to be worth something.
Just keep that in mind, why not like yourself if there's a high chance that people you like are even more useless than yourself, it won't make you like yourself but it'll make you question if you're so unlikable after all

Smile more and make up reasons why things are good even if you don't necessarily believe it. Everytime you find yourself being negative force a smile and point out all the little things that a more positive person would focus on. You have make positivity a habit and eventually it'll happen without feeling fake.

Id say exercise in either case as that has helped myself and others. Gives me the happy drugs and often too tired to think of anything self-destructive afterwards.
