why does everyone like koreans?

when i was in Korea everyone outside of Seoul and Busan were super nice and friendly and helpful so i cant help but have a positive opinion about Koreans.

| everytime I go online or interact with strangers or girls on dating websites they turn their way of talking when I tell them about my nationality, they act more sweet and instantly ask me to give out my social media like I don't get why, it is a bit annoying and seems ungenuine of them
