First you need to get mass, eat more carbs and do aerobic exercises once your body is bigger you can got to weight lifting and start doing exercises that will focus on the muscles you want to look ripped Since you want a more Travis Touchdown look don't go overboard on the carbs and just workout enough to keep in shape once you achieve your ideal body, if you keep pushing yourself in training and getting carbs in you'll end up closer to Keshiro or Hulk Hogan then Travis
