I'm getting weird messages, that tell me, they'll take 10€ from my phone account and then I actually end up having 10€ less And when I call Vodafone about this problem, they don't care
I'm so done with this

Cancel the payments from your bank and ignore them. They will then care

I'm just using a prepaid phone account, so it luckily isn't connected to my bank account The problem is just, that I don't see any solution to this except buying a new sim card Also, they already took 25€ in total and now my phone account is empty, so they can't take anything from it anymore

Are you sure that you're getting scammed by Vodafone? It may be a third party scammer pulling your shit.

>>562403 But how did they even gain access access to my phone account without me ever agreeing to anything Also, even if it isn't Vodafone pulling the scam, they're still terrible for not trying to help me in this situation
