Event organizer problem

Or if this isn't an actual company, just don't include them in event meetings while you plan things with everyone else. That's assuming this is a reoccurring problem, and it must be if you're asking about it on an anonymous board.
| Tell them about this if you haven't already. Have some consequences outlined for them too if they don't shape up.
