What is the best time to wake up

I would prefer to get up at 9:30am at least, but alas.

That's why I love doing stuff really early. If only most of the places I go were open 24/7.

jk but really, my internal clock is broken and I want to get a regular wake up routine, now that I study in the afternoon.
It just feels so depressing to wake up at 7:00 am, it is so dark and most people are sleeping at that time :c
