If i = 0, .len I assume returns 0 when the array is empty, so the <= will be true for an empty array and then out of bounds
Also if a.len = 5, an i of 5 will be true as well and oob when trying to print index 5 when the array is [0:4]
So it's unsafe without a check for an empty array and will always step one too many times if the array isn't empty

You can indeed do more frequent injections, some common schedules are twice a week, every 4 days, 7 days, & 10 days
It all just depends on your body and what ester you have!
It's not been cold enough to wear them yet but I pulled them out and gave em a wash last week actually!

An ester is basically estradiol with a tail or something the body removes later
EV is the most common in the US but has a half life of about 4 days and it's really spiky on your levels
EC is uncommon but available with a half life of 7-10 days, it's a fairly smooth curve
EEn is common but not FDA approved (diy only) it's similar to EC but an even more smooth curve
EUn is rare, and diy only, but allows for monthly injections
| EEn and EUn aren't approved and probably never will be because they're old and not patentable so no company will pay for the trials to get the FDA to approve them, this goes for Canada as well

| EC also only comes in 5mg/ml and compounded to 10mg/ml but no higher so if your body wants more than that you're back to EV or diy EC/EEn where you can get 40mg/ml again because FDA stuff
