Today's injection went flawlessly, my preferred needles showed up in the mail a few days ago so no blood no pain 10/10 will inject the girl oil again
As usual, AMA, trans related or not, lewd asks are ok
If you've got no questions, how was your Tuesday gurls!

Hype hype hype hype hype I was driving home and said aloud ‘oh shit it’s trans Tuesday let’s gooooo!!!!’ You’re part of my week now, for however long this lasts.
You’re flawless g/u/rl. I’m glad about the needles :)
…I saw some kind of thumbnail for a talk by two trans women, and they both were kind of round and matronly in appearance. I guess I’d feel ashamed to look that way. Could you feel ok with more fat? Is it harder to manage your weight with low testosterone?

> Could you feel ok with more fat?
Yes and no?
E changes where the body likes to store new fat, it largely goes to the hips thighs and breasts, before the tummy
Having said that I'd prefer to lose a bit in the tummy area, but I'm ok with being a little more thicc :p

> Is it harder to manage weight with low T
I've not noticed much difference in *difficulty* but I'm probably a bad example for unrelated reasons (hypothyroidism*)
I feel like as my metabolism slowed the volume of food I needed to feel full also decreased so it kinda self regulated?
I think it's very ymmv though

>>1113000 also I'm curious about what you're on that you do 10 days, for E I've heard you can stretch EC to 10 but I don't think I've seen many people doing that, are you on E or something else if you don't mind me asking?

Does it feeel anything whem you inject yourself that girl juice? I mean like, an unusual sensation?

>>1113020 not really, you can kinda feel the needle a bit, but I think there's not much sensation in the fat layer under your skin, which is where I do mine, so you don't really notice the injected E or anything
I think it felt sorta weird the first time but I couldn't say how much of that was actually physical vs just mental around doing your own injection for the first time

Was it scary going to get a women’s haircut for the first time, or going to get a bra fitting?
Post number #1113031, ID: f02051

>>1113030 I think doing anything like that is gonna be scary for the first time, but I also have an anxiety disorder so you know :p
I've not been to a bra fitting since I'm still growing in that area, I largely stick to bralettes and other generally flexible options
For the haircut I was very anxious but I had let my hair grow out over COVID so I basically just needed the dead ends cut off and some layers put in and it was fairly painless

By the way, are you already presenting as the gender you wish? Or are you boymoding in the meantime?

>>1113033 I largely look like a woman who's not putting much effort in I think?
I feel bad mentioning it (feels like bragging) but part of how I realized I was trans was because when I grew my hair out over COVID I started getting she/her and realized I liked it, so I must have had softer features or something that read fem even before hrt
That is to say, apparently my boymoding reads woman anyway so why bother

>>1113034 oooh nice, I've not heard of many people doing 10 days but I know it's possible on EC & EEn
Do you notice the trough at all or does the smoothness of the EEn curve hide that pretty well?
I'm on EC but I do weekly because I'm awful at remembering meds and if I did it on different days each week I'd probably forget lol

I'm honestly considering diy just for that sweet sweet EUn monthly injection cycle

Monthlies are pretty painful compared to weeklies, fwiw. Gotta go into the muscle. Weeklies are much better for me personally.

>>1113046 not sure if I'm being honest. I think I sometimes feel it, but sometimes not, it's potentially not related... Also, I do the stabbing on the 10th, 20th, and 30th day of the month, so it's not like I'm counting the days, it's easy to remember.

>>1113059 Oh I probably made it more complicated in my head than it needed to be then
Do you stab on like February 28th then wait 12 days or wait two days into March to keep the 10 day cycle?

I heard the more stable hormone levels from monthly’s are better for you or something but idk.
I get she’d sometimes too and it’s nice, but I think people think I’m an unfortunate trans woman rather than a sad male.
Did you learn to use hair products when you transitioned? They made things SO much better for me, but I have wavy hair which frizzes up- apparently estrogen makes your hair a little straighter by the way! Did you notice it at all?

>>1113064 I think I noticed the texture become more fine and get softer?
I'm currently experimenting with technique and trying out different bar based shampoo & conditioner options
I'm just using super skinny serum for product RN, considering trying other options once I lock down what shampoo I like
I've got very wavy and light hair so I get to try and thread the needle of prevents frizz in the Midwest humidity and doesn't weigh it down so much my waves go away :p

When I grew my hair out over COVID I didn't plan on keeping it long originally I was just gonna get it cut when COVID was over basically so I can definitely confirm that using product and actually trying to take care of your hair makes a huge difference lol

>>1113072 noooooooo are you telling me i have to put effort??? :(
Post number #1113086, ID: f02051
|
>>1113076 I think it's heavily dependent on your hair type, and length, and for comparison I was just using random cheap shit over COVID so the ends of my hair were much worse off
Basically, just ask your hairdresser for a low maintenance cut, what shampoo conditioner and products would be good for your hair, and buy stuff that's not garbage and you should be alright even if you don't put much effort in
Post number #1113088, ID: f02051

Also kinda depends on what you consider effort, the big difference in effort is really just long vs short hair TBH
Long hair hangs around longer (har har) so you have to treat it a little better than short hair
There's plenty of fem shorter cuts if that's more your vibe
