| Idk, va11 came out, it was cool, somehow ended-up on danger/u/, only 1 board, g/u/rls were very nice, everyone was kind.

| A lot of the biggest bits of lore are memorialized in some of the banners especially over on /d/ like the "congratulations on banging your mom op" one, that's from I believe two threads years back, started with one talking about how the op felt bad for their mom and how alone she was and that she was kinda hot, then a couple weeks later the post the banner is from

Commie g/u/rl defeated them all and still is doing so, preventing this place becoming birthplace of real-life rightist cults like 4chan did for MAGA.
| Oh, and once there was an android app available in the f-droid repositories, resembling the va11 in-game mobile UI seen on jills phone. Beside this board it had a music player with the games OST and a blog.

the f-droid app is still up on f-droid but it hasn't gotten any updates in years which is why it was removed from the google store because apparently you need to ship an update once everh year or something.
im using the f-droid ap on tablet as we speak btw. ain't got no kotatshu or talking cat though

Adding to this:
/cyb/ was, very early on, just a cyberpunk board. Then sometime in 2017 it turned into cyberpunk roleplay (I was busy IRL and didn't see how/why that happened), and eventually /lain/ was added to take over its old role as the cyberpunk board
/new/ wasn't always a hellhole (as indicated by the tumbleweed banner, it used to be pretty dead), but I think pref said in the (very distant) past that it was intended to become a containment board
