| While in the shower I wrapped the shower head cord around my neck and pulled it tightly. I can't seem to go all the way. I tried to use my hands too to no avail. I wish I could just die in my sleep tonight. Yesterday night I tried contacting the crisis line to see if texting my problems would work but never got a text back within an hour so I texted STOP and took the blanket that was around my neck off and went to bed. I think I'll go to bed now too.
