everything sucks now

| new tech isn't even fun anymore, remember in the 2000s how new console or a new game would come out and it was something actually new? like actual new things came out. you would get a new music player or something and it was exciting. call me a luddite but if i were born in 2010 i wouldn't really feel like stuff had changed much until now, oh look the smartphones are more powerful now, and we have AI. but we still use have more or less the same stuff. games from 2013

| don't look that bard compared to stuff coming out today. 1990-2010 was peak human experience

| bad*

| you can do everything on your phone now. back then i had this huge ass CD player that i used to listen to music with and couldn't check my phone and get distracted. then i got this cool compact mp4 player that was even cooler and exciting

| How great it is that the best period in history is when you were 3-25

| new gadgets felt like future was coming, now you just get a new phone which isnt even any different from the last one

| more crying from some anon getting depressed

| >>1096259
>no argument
yes the best period in history is whenever you were a kid, don't you know? you are the measure of all things, other people aren't real

| you can't argue that tech is more exciting now, like jumping from ps1 to ps2 was huge, now no one cares

| >>1096263 because there is a physical and ergonomic limit to how good you can make your tech. Realistically you dont need more than 17 inches of LCD to do shit at your desk. Phone implements all necessary functionality. Things getting to this point ensured that they become a fact of our life and not a fad.
Move on nigga.

| >>1096267
yes
nowadays there's overabundance of useless stuff because business try to stay competitive while all really valuable functions needed are covered and everything else is of minimum value addition
time to stop looking too much for exciting new stuff and focus on what you really need and what you really want

| >>1096267 >>1096269
>is sucks but here's an explanation why, now be happy
retards

| >>1096272
If that's your take on their responses then you're obviously the retard in this scenario. Go whine about your depressed life somewhere else. And buy an OLED monitor.

| >>1096273
would you rather read someone whining about muslims instead? i guess that's more your speed i apologize

| >>1096272 reiterating obvious things is USEFUL because a discrepancy in perception of obvious things is usually disastrous. There is a reason why each project document in existence has an assumptions part. Thats one.
Going over your notes again with someone might reveal an angle you have not noticed. Thats two.
Also the reason why this sucks is objective and common to all. The solution is individual and you have to come up with it yourself.

| >>1096278
why does everyone take every post so seriously here like it's a battle you have to win? and why are you talking like a therapist?

| >>1096280 first is because caring about things is more interesting. Second is because I thought about it a lot.

| >>1096282 this place is really bad now. it used to be more fun when you could start rambling about random stuff and others would start riffing on it instead of turning everything into a pissing contest

| >>1096283 spirit of the times

| you'll only find the extremes of the sanity and intellect gaussians on online forums

| Mostly on the low end
