I don't know about the age since I don't see other people through the screen, but the game is fun. And don't mistake it for those tile sorting mobile games. REAL mahjong is a gambling game like poker, where you need both luck and analytical skills.
The rules may be hard at first, but the best way to learn them is to dive into the game.
