| I jack off about 3 times a day and my best advice is to find a job and/or go to the gym. It's possible that you're wanking just because you have nothing better to do, because when I'm tired as fuck and/or have a lot of things to do, I just don't have lustful thoughts at all. Maybe just finding a hobby also helps.

The easiest way to stop is this:
when you want to goon, put your phone down, walk away from any screen or computer, and go sit outside. Going for a walk is better, but you can just sit your lazy ass down outside.
