I'm stuck between underground or ocean, but i think a underground city with a really high ceilling where it stays night all day long would be a really cool reality to live... Well, who knows?

no, because underwater cities aren't feasable outside of fantasy settings and underground cities are a dystopian nightmare. we should focus on taking care of the land and people on the surface first and foremost.
