I'm convinced that people are incapable of forming opinions anymore
| I think people are definitely capable of forming opinions, but they're not encouraged by their (our) environment in this society to form their own opinions.
There is also the psychosociological problem of "why do you have this or that opinions?", how did they form? How did they arrive at your mind?
The truth might be on how we were raised, our environment, culture, priorities in values and ideas, genes, characters,... A big etc.

He only snipes vague comments and attitudes about how wrong some people are. The rare times he shares news it's ALWAYS a TikTok link... He also started doubting vaccines...
I never knew he was such a brainlet beneath the surface.
