Give yourself some time off. Thankfully time doesnt wait for anyone so just attend to your responsibilities and lay off. Sharing is also great for grief. Best of luck, sorry for your loss.

Remember, grief shared is grief halved, and joy shared is joy multiplied. Be with those closest to you

Grief is a messed up thing, sorry for your loss. Give yourself some time, and focus on taking care of yourself. The hardest part of grief is finding the strength to move forward with the rest of your life. Put progress towards some small personal goals, that was helpful for me. Having someone you trust to talk with about it (or even journaling) is also helpful, keeping all those emotions bottled up is unhealthy, and you will only be stuck ruminating on them for a long time if you do

Give yourself time. Don't try to avoid sadness or it will bite you back later. Confront it and move towards the future. Also, cry. It helps.
