| I went to Aldi! I’m on vacation and got all kinds of crazy foods! Fruit juice! A whole apple pie! Carbonated coconut water! Frozen flatbread with cheese and tomato and veggies on top! Freeze dried strawberries with chocolate! Drinkable yoghurt! Oooh I got more but I’m so full and sleepy from eating that ^^

sounds really lovely, i have yet to try that , have fun and bon appétit :>
sometimes not often, there are days where i also only eat once in the evening
but I've wanted to try water fasting lately aswell, I'm at school so i don't have a lot of physical work to do

Beef ragu is one of my favorite meals ever, especially with spaghetti or other long pastas (but we call it something else here). Take pics and post here!
| As per my mealplan today I am eating marinated porkchops with colcannon and caramelized onions, with some greek yoghurt and frozen raspberries and blueberries for afters. ヽ(*⌒▽⌒*)ﾉ
Then I'll make a pot of tea with fresh rosemary, a stick of cinnamon, ginger and some dried slices of orange to enjoy my evening with ( ᵔ ⩊ ᵔ )
