>>1081273 gotcha, choice paralysis is a bitch your case is simple, though 3 components for any meal: grain, vegetable, protein rice, peppers, chicken; quinoa, cucumber, chickpeas; pasta, zucchini, egg too many options? picking themes 1st (italian/asian/etc.) is an easier choice to make too many options still? keep a shortlist of your top 5 meals to cycle thru so you never start from 0

I always follow a certain mealplan that goes like this: a protein, a vegetable, a fruit, a ferment and a carb. I do this for breakfast, lunch and supper. So for example, for breakfast: 2 eggs baked with onions and spinach on toast with kimchi on top. Or for lunch/supper: Grilled tilapia with grilled carrots on white rice and frozen raspberries in greek yoghurt. This way I feel like I cover all my macro and micro bases. It really helped me to choose one item per category.

And I can hear it coming already, no g/u/r/l/s beer and wine aint the fermentable I meant and semen certainly aint the protein (# ̄ω ̄)

bacon and eggs, porridge, cereal, fruit like apples and small berries (blackberries, blueberries etc), maybe granola bars, toast, english muffins or sumn for breakfast, maybe some pb and j. if i have time might make pancakes with syrup, that only like 6 ingredients.
lunch usually just a sandwich and or soup or leftovers
dinner i always try to have some protein like chicken or beef or pork or something, some kinda carb--pasta, rice, taters, etc, and veggies for the health

this stuff isnt hard !! it may seem intimidating because you're not used to the crafting system but i promise you if the directions arent on the label you can just google it. cooking for yourself is so fulfilling and saves you a lot of money in the long run

Cheap meal: rice, beans, rehydrated peas, and a multivitamin. Make unflavored in bulk, add seasonings to taste.

I'm pretty bad at eating properly but just making things that taste good help a lot, get yourself some spices and sauces to put on things
And it's okay to do two instead of three of the "protein, veg, carb" Rice and veggies is good, rice and salmon, salad with croutons etc

Veggies I'm not great at incorporating into my meals, but I regularly cycle between rice bowls, chicken with something, and different pastas. Like the last couple of weeks I was making different pastas like carbonaras, chicken alfredo, ragú with extra meat and pesto. And now I'm trying different forms of just chicken. And I make these because I can spend one night making this, and have leftovers for a few days so I don't have to think about cooking.
