So. I'm a guy and I've always wanted to be cute. I like crossdressing, but I don't do it because my figure is so bad and I need to exercise to get in shape.(And also I living with my parents lol) But here's the thing: I kind of want to be cute, but sometimes I also want to be strong and masculine. I completely identify as a man, but I also like cute things and women's fashion. What the fuck am I? And what do I do?

Either absent or abusive father that makes it hard to identify as him fully. Happens to the best of us.

Based on what you are saying, your view towards your mother SHOULD be more positive than towards your father. So, identifying with something cute and girly makes more sense than committing to guns, boobies and mainstream masculinity.
This is a just a theory anyway. I have no idea actually.

About what to do, I actually had something similar in my experience. I had anime girls in my profile pictures everywhere. Than I got into fight sports and those profile pictures turned into berserk first, then into a real face (mine).
If your fragmented gender identity is a problem to you, the only way is to absorb the masculinity around you. In my case, I didn't really had a father figure, so I found a couple at the gym. It wasn't easy at all.
Therapy also helps.

But again, this is only if YOU see it as a problem. Crossdressing is not bad in itself. The feelings you feel about this matter.
For example, I was overweight before and I felt ashamed about it. I constantly tried to gaslight myself with "I just need to love myself for who I am, there is no shame in being overweight!".

The shame didn't go away though.
It went away once I went to the gym. Sometimes it is really that easy.
So, if you feel uncomfortable doing girly stuff maybe you don't really want to do it.

OP, it's up to you and only you how do you want to look/present yourself, you have only one biological body though. (Which you may or may not modify with proper tools and chemicals.)
One way you can take, just to put an example, could be to accept the way you look physically yet have a mental image of yourself as smth different, maybe something more androgynous or fluid.
Or you could try to sync your mental ideal self with your physical self, if it is possible.

Whatever you do, don't panic nor lose sight of yourself and your life. I highly recommend trying out experiences that may bring out your thoughts and feelings about this in an easier way.
For example, when you manage to find the opportunity to try crossdressing, try it. And probe your thoughts and feelings about the experience. Maybe try messing around with virtual avatars on VRchat perhaps, or read a book about the topic, or play a game that mingles with these themes.

I wish you good luck on your journey, OP. Cherish and value what you learn and your own input about it, that's important too In the end, I hope you find what's most comfortable for you and what feels closer to your heart desires.

Good luck op! I try to do non binary stuff like skin care but I would never want to give up the protection of a masculine identity and be a potential victim.
For me I don’t care too much what I look like, I wish we could all be beautiful anime gurls and also super strong fighters too but I can’t so I make the best I can with this shitty body without making major sacrifices to look really good (estrogen.)

>>1079663 I feel this way about hobbies I use to cope but dislike in general, but I couldn’t actually change because of deeper psychological dysfunction and self doubt. Therapy helped me and also having a job so I knew I could live on my own if I need to.

Just as an FYI you can pretty much justify anything to anyone by saying that it's a popular trend or "all the cool kids are doing it" and then not elaborating further
"I try to do non binary stuff like skin care" is really cracking me up; as if men could never wear moisturizer

Learn how to be a cute man The definition of cute for a male is different than the definition of cute for a female, learn what makes a man 'cute' in the eyes of a woman, and go for it.
You can be a man, and cute, and that's lovely, we need more cute men in the world.
I have had the same experience, OP, I like to be cute, and I'm manly. Online I can express myself however I want, and it looks good. IRL I just have to keep in mind what actually looks cute for someone like me.

>>1079697 Also you can do a lot of girly stuff even if you're manly ESPECIALLY if you have many girl friends.
Sure you can't wear a dress, but what stops you from spending time with the girls? Become the cute man, OP, it is a lot healthier than being the 'straight man' that can't even see women as human beings because 80% of their thoughts come from their dick.
>'alpha' male: B-but le sex Funny enough, when you treat women like human beings you get more, and higher quality sex.

>>1079699 But IMO you should not do this because sex, if all you can think of is SEX SEX SEX, then there's something wrong with you (maybe hypersexuality?)
