| I just came back from Tokyo. If you're just going for shopping you won't be disappointed, there's a huge mall around every corner. Would recommend just going to Shibuya station or Akihabara Station and then walking around for a bit and seeing what you find. Make sure to try Taiko if you haven't already - I really liked playing it even though I'm bad because hitting a drum is fun.
| Oh, also on the 8th floor of the Seibu Department Store (building A) in Shibuya, there's a conveyer belt sushi restaurant called Mawashizushi Katsu (or something similar). I don't know if it's a chain or not, and people might tell you off conveyer belt sushi, but I really enjoyed this place when I went alone a few times. It wasn't super expensive and the fish (especially tuna) was very good. Also they have Mirin ice cream which is also very good. Just make sure to go before 4pm.

Depends on what you like. If you are into music, Tower Records is fun. All of the pokemon centers in Tokyo are kinda same-y, I enjoyed the one in Kyoto a lot more but the Tokyo ones are still fun. If you're around the Tokyo skytree, there's a smaller mall nearby called the Olinas Mall. Doesn't have nearly as much in it but it's drastically less packed. Make sure to hit up at least a few BIC Cameras.
| I went without planning for most events, the only thing I had planned was the World Fair 2025 (which is worth going to, but only if you're within a couple hours of Osaka). Would not regret the lack of planning. I had a very good time just picking something to do for the next day, then spending the entire day getting sidetracked doing the thing that should have only taken a couple hours to see/do.

| Tokyo Tower is neat, it didn't have much of a line when I went and you can send a postcard from the top for 200 yen. There's also a nearby temple and park that are really cool.

Oh, women's fashion is bumping but guys fashion is a cross between plain t shirts and 2000s edge.
