i actually sort of like my job. It has its fair share of bullshit, but it’s in a field I care about and it has plenty enough pay, benefits, and stability for me. Especially after a painful months long job search it’s nice. Imagine being unemployed smh

i like my job. i did the same thing for 4 years at a really shitty place before finally switching to this current gig 3 months ago. having a decent work environment with tolerable or even nice people goes a very long way. of course work/pay compensation should be adequate. as someone who dropped out of university and ended up working in IT in a field that interests me i appreciate the privilege of working. i was a neet at one point and that stagnation was miserable imo

i have a love/hate, i guess. i really enjoy the industry and talking to lots of people and figuring out new tastes and what works, but the long and late hours can get to me since i don't take the best care of myself. if i could own my own bar and work at my own pace i think i'd be very happy !!

I'm at work right now and it sucks but at least I can browse dangeru on the phone between tasks or when I pretend to look something up.
If they wanted me to work harder our cheapskate bosses should've paid us better. Morale is super low because the salary talks are super toxic but at least the work is ok.
