I no longer hate the night shift
| I’m told that once I’m through my basic training, the company is basically gonna put me in whatever random bs shift they want, so it’s probably not gonna last. I’m not looking forward to re-orienting my whole life again tbh. It was a massive effort to get accustomed to this schedule.
But that’s a concern for another day. For now, I got three hours left until my 2200 shift and I gotta take a lil nappy nap :3c
| I used to work 3 shift which fucking sucked. Two weeks of 8 to 16, two weeks of 16 to 24 and two weeks of 24 to 8. It was fucking destructive and I was in a constant bad mood.

Hi /u/, it’s night shift-chan again. Honestly the thing that bigly sucks about it is not being able to hit the bar or do karaoke with the g/u/rls during the week. It does suck being disconnected with my day shift friends like that. But there are definitely some upsides to this shift. The extra pay is nice, and once the chaos at the start of my shift subsides, it’s pretty chill the rest of the night. Sleeping while everyone else is working is kinda dope too.
