I stopped eating sweets when not with others 2 days ago! Currently 165 pounds, weighing myself every morning. Want to get to 150 by next year. Weight hasn’t changed yet. Let’s not be tubby together!

:) :) Ok I’m switching to metric too because I think it’s batter. So today I am 72 kilos, but some of that I’m sure is dehydration. What’s ur weight? What r u gonna do?
I had a buncha rolls last night because I was hungy. Need to learn to eat beans or smth lower calorie w more nutrition instead

I don't actually know my weight and it's been a while since the last time I weighed myself. I was thinking of trying to eat smaller meals but then I'll probably snack a lot. But then I could just snack on fruits like apples and oranges and maybe that'll satisfy me and be okay? I'm trying to motivate myself to get on the treadmill and jog. I know I should also lift weights to be healthy but I've never used barbells before and thinking about working out is already unappealing as is.

>>1059252 I think replacing the bad stuff in the diet is really important. I was overweight when I was a kid and stopped drinking soda and eating dessert and it fixed things. Exercise seems like punishment that mentally exhausts people a lot of the time, I jog but only at a comfortable pace and feel really good after, I think that should be the goal- to make it a new hobby, not something unpleasant

And I think you should start weighing yourself so you can track things. Maybe we can aim for 1 pound this week!? So I better be at or below 159 pounds pretty constantly on June 13th and you can lose 1 pound from your current weight by then too! We’re going to have to sustain this stuff the rest of our lives if we want to maintain the bodies they give us, so important to be realistic in it

Oh I straight up do not have a scale. Wonder if there's one at my local gym. Goodness I'm gonna have to give up on my ice cream then.

Awww ur lovely too gurl! But yeah- the point is to give ourselves better lives, not some short term effort which will be erased. Maybe you can have tea or something instead of ice cream, and have it on birthdays or something like that. You can buy scales at the thrift store very cheaply used. Ok eepy nini- sleep deprivation also contributes to metabolic syndrome!
