Looking for home gym apps/sites

| So I figured I should make my body a bit more good to look at for my dearest lover. It doesn't have to be "I am gym master" but just enough to make her heart going.

I am quite fit; I bike, wont back down on a walking route, I play airsoft once a week (quite the runner).

Well yeah these are mostly leg stuff, which is great. Anyway I would like to hear your inputs on apps or sites to get me going.
[I **hate** gyms]

| Les Mills Bodycombat and a VR headset

| A muscular hypertrophy routine with weights or possibly calisthenics and low body fat. Low body fat sucks to have and calisthenics suck to do. Date me instead!!

Fuck off already. You're useless.

| PornHub is one of my favourite exercise sites.

| ab wheel, pullup bar (or local tree branch), dip bar is what i do since gyms are expensive
press to handstand/planche stuff is good too

| >>1054375 airsoft kinda covers that lol (if only I had a VR would like to try VTOL)

>>1054383 Sorry fancy g/u/rl, mine is just Sooo cute.

>>1054402 Noted, thank you! I love the pull up bar.

| 10 squats on a dildo

| squats and oats

Omg you deserve her if you’re sooo loyal!!

For pull-ups you can jump up onto it and delay the way down with your muscles if you’re not able to get good sets in on your own. The cardio suggestions here will help you lower your body fat while not being miserable from hungry, but for putting on muscle you’re going to need 3 sets of 10 reps for each muscle, hopefully in compound exercises.

| >>1054430
this is just me but i dont really do multiple sets of exercises (because its calisthenics) i just do one big set then rotate to the next move

| >>1054430 <3 <3!
I see, I notes that up. Though I am the opposite quite low on body fat. 175cm on 60kg, muscles are defined but just not enough.

>>1054469 Whats wrong with calisthenics g/u/rl? It feels like a dumb question, never looked into training stuff...

| Nuh uh! No such thing as a dumb question, particularly when you’re a nice g/u/rl making a girl feel good :3

I’ve found them awkward and tiring, because weights let you have a firm position and calibrate loading precisely, and only use part of your body, while for instance one legged squats require balance on one leg with your body weight where a leg press machine you’re firmly seated and the weight can be whatever you want… I get tired of weights too though xD

| And that’s great about the body fat! You might have to increase your meat/milk intake to put on muscle but your gains will really show!

| >>8ddf03 Such kind! I see I see, so it's more like a personal preference. One is more precise other is quite spread.

Yeah I should eat more generally. I just don't want to spend on food outside since good food can bite down your wallet. Maybe I should ask friends to eat out, a good excuse.

Thanks g/u/rl!

Buy cheap frozen meat, or gallons of milk for that cheap protein g/u/rlie ^^ did you see the nice suggestions in that horny and tired thread about cooking?
The main thing I think is how calisthenics are more difficult to do, when working out is hard enough, and how they often give little resistance which results in A more cardio based workout which is exhausting, where for instance bench press you feel fine afterwards. Ahhh I ought to join you too really

| >>1054624 Yup Ive seen the cooking thread lol,I shall take a good look around for meat too.
Ah I see, that makes sense. You're welcome to join me though kinda need to melt some projects pronto..
Thanks for the insightful talk, appreciated!
