I get nervous my soup will be unhealthy and chicken out and add too many onions and overcook it in the middle when I say I won't T_T

Have you guys tried homemade ramen noodles? I got a pasta maker recently and have been experimenting. I can’t eat the packaged stuff anymore, it has no texture and gets soggy so quickly.
